Fischbein Brand Band Sealer – B5000SS
Our nVenia Fischbein B5000SS continuous band sealer is designed for the most challenging high production industrial bagging operations closing heavy weigh polyethylene and polypropylene gusseted bags, pillow bags, and pouches at up to 100 linear feet per minute. This performance is achieved by using a total of five heater manifolds – selectable by the user in a bank of 2 and an additional bank of 3 – allowing the user to tailor the seal performance to match the speed of their production. This low maintenance band sealer features forced air cooling of seal for downstream handling, a removal sealing section for easy maintenance and cleaning access, quick belt replacement design, user friendly controls with easy to read digital temperature display, an adjustable height pedestal, stainless steel construction and NEMA 4X rated electrics.
